In the earlier days of building Weiss, Cameron had more opportunities to step away from the workshop and spend time with other creatives. Often, these meetings took place over coffee, where conversations moved naturally between ideas, experiences, challenges, and the work each person was pursuing.

These weren't necessarily formal meetings or planned brainstorming sessions. They were opportunities to connect with people who shared an appreciation for creating something of their own.

For Cameron, those conversations became an important part of his creative life. The familiar warmth of a morning coffee, paired with the exchange of ideas and perspectives, eventually found its way into his watchmaking.

From those experiences came the inspiration for Latte, a dial color that has since become a recognizable part of the Weiss collection.

A New Interpretation of Latte

With the introduction of the Limited Edition 38mm Automatic Textured Latte, we're revisiting that familiar color through a new design.

The warm Latte dial now features a distinctive textured finish, adding dimension and visual interest while maintaining the understated character of the original color.

Contrasting black hands with white luminous material bring clarity to the dial, while luminous numerals provide a clean, balanced appearance. Our first time using lume on our Latte Dial. A small touch of orange in the Nashville signature offers a subtle connection to the city where each Weiss timepiece is assembled.

Together, these details create a fresh interpretation of a familiar favorite.
